Invited Estate Sales has been in business in the tri state area for over 18 years offering a variety of ways to help clients empty the contents of their homes by selling at online auctions, public and private sales. As a one stop service, sellers only need to work with Tracy Jordan to prepare the home to be put on the market or to go to closing. Items are evaluated and sold, donated and discarded most times in one day! Our unique selling style sells most items before the day of the cleanout!  

Once the items are sold we handle the selling, purchasing and pickup/shipping/delivery of these items The last but not least option combines the two and additionally has a clean out of the house and then a professional cleaning done. The only thing you have to do is take out items in your home that you would like to keep and we handle the rest.
